Please promise me that...??

If someone asks you to keep something very important to yourself - can you promise to do it and not tell ANYONE? Lets say that this information is from a very good friend. Could you do it,no matter what? Have you ever been in a situation like this??

No way I tell my hubby everything I cant help it. He is not one to gossip so he would never tell anyone. i know its not the right thing but its me I cant help it.

Nah i just have a problem I love to gossip. And hes the only safe bet as I tell any of my girl friends and well they tell someone else and next thing my friend hates me. So I tell my hubby so i can get it off my chest lol.

Yes, I can do it. I've kept alot of secrets through the years. I'm a good friend to my good friends.

yes dearie i would keep that promise and not leak it out.The information can be from any one but the thing is that once a promise has been kept it should be for the keeps and the promises should never be broken.
