1996 Dodge Interpid problems

We have a 1996 Dodge Intrepid that has major problems. There is something broke in the front end, and there are "arms" under the car about an inch off the ground. The engine is slanted towards the back (downward). We don't know what is broke in order to figure out how to fix it. Can you help me?
