I am 1 year married and was excited to have a baby. I was so happy when finally found that i am pregnant my husband are very happy too. We are both excited what would be his look. I've always talk to my baby telling how much i loved him. Now, i am five months pregnant its getting near to deliver a baby soon but while thinking that day of delivery i dont know what would i feel. I am so nervous and can't help to think that i am going to lay down give birth or suffer the labor pain. To all moms what did you do when you are suffering the pain of laboring? and how can i keep calm and keep my nervous away while delivering? because somebody says that when you get nervous your blood pressure gets high and possible for me to end up into ceasarian. Pls Gige me advise this my first baby.

Sorry I can't advise you, as I had cesarean sections. But congratulations!!!
You'll be fine, just relax. It's a natural process and the other mothers I've spoken with tell me it's not so bad. They can give you an epidural that will numb you from the waist down and not hurt the baby, unless you want to do it all natural.
Have you taken LaMaze classes on natural childbirth? I've heard that helps ease pain and relax you.
I'm very happy for you! Get all the sleep you can, because babies don't sleep much for the first month or so!
