Are you comfortable on Mylot?

I've seen a lot of conversations lately dealing with negative ratings, members attacking or disrespecting other members in their discussions, etc. Personally, I don't much care about my rating. I will say that I don't understand why we don't all have 10's, as long as we're actually discussing and participating. But, it really doesn't matter to me, because I sincerely don't understand what difference it makes if a person has a 5 or a 10 on their star. And, I haven't personally run into a situation where I felt really attacked by another member. Though, I do believe it happens. But, my question(s) is, do you feel comfortable enough to share what you want to share on this forum? Do the majority of the members make you feel comfortable enough and welcomed enough here that you don't much worry about the few bad apples out there? If you felt inclined to share something personal, or ask for advice on your personal life, online, would you be comfortable enough to do that here, or would you feel more comfortable doing it elsewhere? Does the star rating system upset you, or make you feel less welcome at all?
