I want to know if data entry jobs with no start up fees exist. It doesn't make sense that I'm having to pay someone for a job. I'm a university student, so I'm trying to find ways to make money at home since I have so much school work to do.
Well, does anyone know if such a company exists?

Try checking my profile for sites that I joined for data entry. There is no start up fees on those sites.

This isn't a matter of charity- it's a matter of making a living. And I'm not about to give money to an internet scammer sitting behind a computer screen and laughing at the people they've fooled. Almost ALL of the websites that ask for a start-up fee are scams.
Plus, a job is where you provide a service and receive payment. At what point does my shoveling out money make sense? Nowhere? That's what I thought.

Go to sohojobs.org and sign up for their free newsletter and jobn listing.
You will get a listing of jobs that you can apply to, and get hired to work from home!
You have the option of becoming a member of the site also, however, you can also check it out for free and get free listings.
It is worth it.
I have been a member of sohojobs.org for over a year now
and love it!

hey...i too am searching endlessly for such a job coz im a stay at home mom..well so far, havent found 1 that doesnt ask for at least a few $..the reason why i want a job is for the company to pay me, and not the other way around...dont worry, if i found even 1 site that doesnt need our money, i'll let you know....

I don't think their is any atleast in last two years or so i haven't crossed by one.Though i do think their might be few that are free and legitimate but still very rare commodity it is.So if you find one in your quest send me the link aswell i will be more than happy to join under you

i don't know if they have what you're looking for, but you can check out http://www.elance.com/p/landing/provider.html or http://www.guru.com/pro/index.aspx i haven't personally used either yet, i just had them bookmarked for future refference. hopefully they have something you can use. Good Luck
