I am just doing a quick survey about Wal Mart. What do people think of when they think of Wal Mart? Do you think Wal Mart is the best low price retailer in the U.S.?
What do you think Wal Mart could do to improve customer service?
I am interested in the answers.

I also love buying clothes at Wal Mart. And you are right, if you can get there at the right time, you can find some great bargains.

I used to work for Wal-Mart, and I think they are full of crap. They treat their employees like crap, they don't pay well enough for the work they expect out of you. The assistant managers are unfriendly. It's not a pleasant place to work at. Also, they don't hire enough people. Wal-Mart doesn't have the best deals on everything. That's a load. I've gotten better deals on video games at Target and Best Buy, and the boxes weren't squished! Wal-Mart needs to hire more people and pay better. Take it from me, I worked for the evil empire once.

I have been with Wal Mart for three years and I have never been treated like crap. In fact,I have been promoted twice, our managers are great and when I was going through some personal problems last summer, I had support from the managers. Maybe it was different at the store you worked at, but at the store I am at, we have no problems like that. As like any job, there are problems but also most of the problems and work environment involves as to how committed you are to your job.

Actually I am beginning to believe that WalMart is expensive. I have been shopping there at the supercenter three blocks from my house as often as necessary. In one way it saves me some money because it is close but I have always been a bargain hunter and watch for the reduced areas in every store that I go to and WalMart hardly reduces anything vey much. They keep telling you that their prices are low but evidently the kinds of things I buy aren't low on price and anymore when I can go to another store I have actually foud things at a better price.

i think walmart is expensive too. Although some of the prices are cheaper than 99 cents store like the wet wipes and bathroom tissues but when it comes to meat its expensive.

Well i myself am not that into WalMart. I do not really enjoy going there, but I do because it is the closed place to my house, and I can get just about everything in one store. But as far as the prices go, I do not see that they are really that much cheaper. Then they never have enough check-outs open, and you have to stand in line so long. Not to mention the self-check-outs, that I refuse to go to.Something always goes wrong and you need to get assistance anyway. They under pay their workers, many of them must get food stamps to make it.As much money as they make, they could at least pay them more.

When I think of Wal Mart I think of great place to buy products that you need at low prices. In my opinion Wal Mart is the best place to shop because they seem to always have the lowest prices and they always have a huge selection of the stuff you need, whether your looking for dvd's or toys or hygiene products.I think the customer service is wonderful at Wal Mart and I think that all the employees at Wal Mart are expierienced at what ever department they are in,and I think that they are always friend and always very helpful when you ask them a question or ask them for help in finding something specific.
