I've had almost 50 email addresses from the very beginning I learned using the internet. Some of them have already been deleted due to inactivity but many of them I still maintain for different purposes. Sometimes I have problems remembering the password but over time I've developed a technique in choosing a password so that I won't forget it. But what I would like to know is if other people do the same, having many email addresses.
Can you tell me how many emails have you had since you started using the internet?

From what I can remember, I think I had about 10 emails since I started using the internet. Right now, I still check about 5 or 6 or them while all the others are "dormant" and I'll maybe check them once in a blue moon. About passwords, I hardly have any problems because I use the same password for all my accounts on the internet, not only for emails. So, if someone somehow manages to get my password (which I don't tell to anyone), I'd be doomed!

Fifty email addresses is a lot! I have only used a few since I started on the internet over seven years ago. Three have been, at different times, my main email address and I still use two of them. I no longer use the ISP I had before so that address is no longer in use. The others have been webmail or domain name email addresses.
I will continue using my yahoo mail as my main email and I use another web based address for sign-ups, so I can just delete all unwanted emails unread.
