how often do you change your?

I shower at night, and sleep naked and I put on a fresh pair of underwear each morning, although some days I don't wear any at all =) If I have a shower or bath at any other time during the day, which is quite common, then I will put on a clean pair after that as well.

For hygiene purposes, we should change it twice. In the morning after we take a bath and in the evening after taking a bath before going to bed. If you happen to take a bath in the middle of the day you should change it too. Does this make sense?

Would once a week sound okay - just kiddin Why do we need them - kiddin again Admire those who wear the same stuff after a bath - it takes a lot of mental strength.

daily, and twice sometimes, moreso in summer! i think we all need to on those especially hot days! lol

Every day, but sometimes more often in summer. If I go swimming or take an afternoon shower in the summer then I use that as an opportunity to put on clean ones.

Good day..the latest that I would put my undies in without changing it would be 2 days that's it otherwise I change it every day when i take a bath.

Everytime I take a shower I put clean undies on. I am clean so I am not going to put the ones on that I have worn. I might as well not even take a shower then. In the winters I take a shower in the morning. In the summer since it is hot I take more than one shower and each time I put clean undies on.

Daily in the morning and again if i shower in the middle of the day. I don't like the feeling of not wearing underwear, but i don't wear them overnight.

of course i change mine everyday. it would be uncomfortable for me if i haven't change my underwear on that day
