Do you have relatives, friends, or even just someone you know that died because of cancer?
I have two grandfathers, two grandmothers who died of it and I have one uncle who is suffering from it right now.
As of now, I watch what I eat and as much as possible, stay stress-free and exercise every other day.
How about you, what do you do to avoid cancer in the future?

Hi there strawpurple!
I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope that there won't be anything like that in the future for your loved ones.
Thank you very much for your response.

For me I get tested as often as I can. I had cancer last year, so I know it can be unpredictable and some people have higher risks. You are doing everything you can to prevent it.

Hi there rmuxagirl!
It's great that you were able to successully fight cancer. And you have every reason to be very careful. But you're very blessed.
Thank you very much for your response.

Hi there hydrolicvoice!
You're welcome. I know it's not that much but I think they're the basic ones.
Thank you very much for your response.
