Hi everyone,
I was made redundant from my job on April 4, 2008. Since then I have applied for 84 jobs via various methods. No luck so far. I have had plenty of auto-generated emails saying "we're in the process of filtering all job applications for this position and will get back to you if you are a candidate" blah blah. Yet no proper emails or phone calls to say "when can you come in for an interview?"
I have two fantastics references from previous employers, and am not afraid of a lot of hard work. My resume is good if I may say so myself.
Have any of you guys got any tips for job-hunting that you'd like to share with me?
I find it's such an emotional stress searching for work, and it drains you when not many seem to even bother replying to you, not even to let you know that you have not got the job.
I am willing to give nearly anything a go, but am mainly good at stock control, pick pack, warehouse, sorting, fast-paced production work etc. This should be an easy area to get a job one would think. But apparently not.
Sorry for the rant, but it's depressing not getting a job.

Thanks Bussy. Have you managed to find any online work that will pay a normal week's wage?
As i said, i'd try anything, and do my best to be good at it lol.
Thanks for responding so quickly, makes me feel better knowing that people read these things lol.

i found one here several weeks ago called,"Key for cash". they do pay weekly, and pay by how many keys that you do that are correct of what it says for you to key into the box there that they have. I've noticed that they pay you $50 first off on the weekly basis. than after you get going real good, and use to the system, they will than pay you whatever that you desire to make on there.
see https://www.keyforcash.com/ for more details, and to sign up with them. i've not gotten paid yet by them, since i have these others to work
with also. but, i think that you'd like it if you like typing a lot.
