Steps for getting job

Yes, finding jobs is difficult but when you see options, it becomes difficult to make a choice. So, until you settle down in a job, all steps looks pathetic and brain draining. I am also using job search engines to pool the current jobs based on need and it helps a lot to understand current mkt trend, gap in requirements and skills I hold and sometimes, I get to see good lot offers too. Not only that I can also figure out tentative salaries which I can bargain for as both parties are usually comfortable when desired salary is as per mkt trends
