I think that some people just don't want to believe that dreams mean anything or they don't think that they dream (but I've heard that everyone does dream)so they don't even try to remember. I know that I rmember my dreams, although not all, only because I believe there are different kinds of dreams. There is lucid dreaming, REM dreams, precognitive dreams and there are others, but I don't claim to be an expert. I just know myself. But, I have this weird ability to know what some of my dreams mean only because the meanings of dreams can only be interpreted by the dreamer. For instance if one person likes clowns and another person has a fear of clowns the dream of clowns would mean something different to whoever is dreaming. Know what I mean? I find when I stay in bed for a while I purposely think about what I just dreamt and go from scene to scene and so I remember my dreams better. I used to write down my dreams and when I asked myself questions such as 'was this dream happening at night or the daytime?' or 'where were my relatives in my dream?' or 'what was I doing at a particular place?' this helps me to remember my dreams really well. Some dreams have helped me find out answers to problems because our dreams are only an extension of what has not been finished in our waking life. I hope I helped. Good luck here at MyLot.

Hello and welcome to MyLot kamil_bor. I wish I knew. There are very few dreams I remember having after I wake up. I'm sure I have them but unless it's a scary dream that actually wakes me up, I don't remember them in the morning.
Do you remember your dreams when you wake up?
