so i was just wondering if there was anyone else out there that feels like their significant other relies way too much on them. i have been with my boyfriend for 4 years and dont get me wrong i love him to death, but the thing is he's 31 and im 24 and he depends on me too much. does anyone else have this problem???

well, I just do not like it that he depends on you too much. he should understand that both of you should hold half the responsibilities.

Britta, i don't really have that problem as I see us as depending on each other equally. But I have had a relationship like that before and it ended up destroying us because he depended on me for everything including finances and I was in college.
