Can you tell me good way to get money online?

Hi, My name is Evgeni and I want to start making money online. I have tryed a lot of paid to click paid to surf and paid to promote stuff but with not much luck .... the paid to promote actually work out but, I stopped because it's a long wait to get the money you invested back... also I have tryed to write captcha this work out fine but now all the captcha sites are down. So here is me without anything to do .... tell me what to start ... please don't tell ways which include building a websites because I am sick of that ... Thank you in advice..
