June 30, the official sales cut-off date announced by Microsoft for one of the most sold product of all times. Though they have already launched VISTA but it is not that well accepted by the customers. What do you think about the decision? Is it gong to have any kind of effect?

Meh-whatever. I already have XP on my pc, so I don't care. If they choose to stop supporting it, too, again whatever. Who relies on Microsoft for support anyway? They'll keep updating it. All this will mean is that you won't be able to buy a new computer with XP on it. If you really hate Vista that much, wipe it off after you get it and install an OS you do like instead. Or build your own. Or buy a used copy of XP. Or go to a smaller shop where there's still lots of copies of XP. There's always options. Cheers!

they can do whatever they want ot but still it cannot change the fact that XP is the best Os till now and that the latest one VISTA is the worst one ever released. so i think it is useless to compare two end of a pole. any ways i dont think vista can run for a long time now. they have to look for a better OS and launch it quickly.

I use XP at home and Vista at work. I really dislike Vista. I think they are making a huge mistake. I think they should keep Vista until they work out all it's problems (and there are a lot of problems). I really think that Windows doesn't want to fix all the problems so they are taking away the XP so we have no choice but to use Vista.

Here in our country, people are very fond of "telenovelas"(tv drama series), their rating soar the highest when they're abount to end. This is probably just a marketing blitz too boost XP sales due to negative response of Vista.

Oh it's going to have it's protesters and there'll be much moaning and groaning (admittedly 2 months ago I would have been one of the protesters). But so far my experience with Vista has been good. It's working ok, but won't accept a few of my older programs or hardware. I can live with that. Others will have to adjust.

That is very much important question regarding the window vista. As even vista is launched but still it founds a great difficulty in getting the interest of the customers yet. The main reason is that it is not that much reliable as that of the XP and moreover it doesn't support many softwares and the programs either and even some games are mot being run properly on the vista so all these are the great setbacks for the vista but on the other hand XP is very much reliable and compatible. Actually vista is based on the data card that us not still developed so that is why it found a great hinderance in running some useful programs so as its all responsible for its declining condition. So hope it get the same status as that of the XP someday.
