I make my own pizza at home.Being able to make my own combinations is great. do you need a recipe? I have never made ginger garlic but it can't be that hard. Roasting the garlic would be my first guess, having fresh ginger to grate is probably best.Don't know what kind of sauce you would want to use as a base. I would use a combo of cheese's.Then bake and eat yummmmm. If you need a recipe for dough give a shout back and I can give it to you. My hubby and boys love my pizza so much we don't order pizza out anymore.

I love to make pizzas at home, but I rarely make my own bases any more, because I am particularly fond of pita breads, which I just cover in a sauce (usually barbeque and sweet chilli sauce, but I also love vegetable pizzas with pesto and/or mayonnaise bases), then you just add whatever vegetables/meats/toppings that you want, some cheese (mozzarella and parmesan mixes are particularly good).
Oh, and I'd preheat the oven when you start preparing the pizza, at around 180 (350 Fahrenheit), and then cook them on a tray for around 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
They're simple and tasty!

hi my dear, i would say pizzas today is the easiest thing to make. get the bread, i mean the base and all over town you get the sause you desire, apply it on, put all the toppings. If you are veg you have a range of capsicum, cheese olives, garlic (chopped) if you are non veg, cut sausages or put some ham on. hmmm that sounds tasty already. hope it works for you.
