What kind of medication do you always take

What kind of medication do you always take, orthodox or traditional? Do you visit the doctor or nutritionist or self medication? I always treat myself with the orthodox medicine. How do you go about your medication?

I only take medication if I am ill, which luckily for me is not very often, with having four kids bugs do not tend to bother me much as they know I do not pay much attention to them.
I only go to the doctors if I know that I am ill,ill and not just a little bit ill. Other than that I just go to the chemists and get something off the shelf.
