how to make eggless cake ?

Here is a recipe I used: you mix 1 mug sunflower oil with 1 mug sugar and one mug water or milk. You add two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda mixed with a little lemon juice. Then you add whatever flavours, essences or ingredients you like (cinnamon, nuts, jam, raisins, dried fruits, vanilla, fresh fruit, lemon, etc. You add flour, folding it in gently until it all becomes a reasonably thick paste. You put it in a greased tray and bake it in the oven for 40-50 minutes or until the fork comes out clean. It's very easy and you can always improve it with new ideas.
