Kids first airplane trip - What if they're scared to to fly back???

My family is hoping to visit DisneyWorld in Florida in the next year or two. We plan to take a plane (train-too expensive and too long and car is too expensive-gas). My kids are 8, 6 and 3. My concern is what if they get on the plane and flip out? My husband and I aren't the most comfortable fliers either. Do I give them dramamine before we leave (when they might not need it) or wait until we're in flight?Anyone been in this situation? I'd love some advice. Thanks!
