How to deal with tired??

we are all very busy everyday.study,work and others various kinds of things we should do from day to day.so we may fell tired.then we should do something to sweep away the tried,at least ease the tired.
i think go to a gymnasium and do some exercises(like run) is a good choice,and then go home have a bath,in this way the tired will go away.
do you have any other good suggestions??

if it's tiredness you need to combat come back home have a real long shower depending on the weather that is hot shower in cold weather and cold shower in hot weather and then make yourself a coffee or a drink and then lounge in your home listening to some good music.you will rejuvenated instantaneously.or else you could simply take a nap fro few hours and you'll be allright!

listen to some classical music(beethoven, mozart, etc. or any variety of music that will make you groove) watch cartoons or anime (like pixars, walt disney and japanese animation, because it will make you laugh and relieve your stress) or watch tv series that has a good genre, such as comedy, family, fantasy, (not that serious type because it will give you more stress).. and lastly try not to read any article, books, magazine, etc. before goin to sleep because your mind will keep thinking about those aricle, story you have read. heheeh, i hope it was a big help... heheh
