Great Topic!
There is a little island in Michigan in USA that not everybody knows of. It is called Mackinac Island. There are no cars, just bicycles and horses to get around The original Fort is still there that has been involved in a few wars. The movie Somewhere in time with Christopher Reeves was filmed here. they have world famous fudge and geraniums the size of watermelons. May is the best time to go. The have the lilac festival. The whole island smells like lilacs!

In the UK there are some lovely beaches like Botany Bay near to Margate. Many passengers sail into Dover but they don't know that the White Cliffs are stunning for a walk along the cliff tops. A village that I think is pretty is Chilham and town that I think is charming is Rye.

Qatar is a good place to visit if you like upmarket hotels. It is full of big hotels chain but unlike it's biggest rival country Dubai for tourism it hasn't really taken off the ground yet so it's less crowded and everywhere is super clean and well maintained. Stunning setting and you can also then experience a real arabian type experience. We did things like vist the souks and also went to the stables where they have all the arab horses for shows and it was brilliant!

Valencia, Spain. I've been to a few different places in Spain, and this one is best by far. It's a big city, yet doesn't seem like one! There's a great atmosphere - especially at night, when the city comes alive. It's so beautiful, and it's obvious theyve made so much effort on the extensive gardens in the centre. I can't wait to go again!
