Do You Have An Ignorant Colleagu?

There's a colleague in my office who we hate utmost.We are in a call center.of course we are required to memorize a lot of things plus using our commonsense and logical thinking to resolve a query or issue.This particular colleague is like so dumb(I dun wanna say it,but I have to)because we have to repeat every damn thing for about 10 - 20 times and then it absorbs.The best part is,next day she forgets about it.And the process takes place again.

I know who u talking about. ha! All I can say is, she is slow and dumb. And she is so irritatingly and annoyingly dumb, you find it worthless to even help her! She is flirtatious and don't take thing seriously.
Its not we didn't try to help, but she had this ego of a brainless biatch. (ie, basic dumb bimbo question,:- Fish Oil?? Fish got oil? )When you teach her something, she thinks that you are actually joking/playing prank on her. Even when it comes to work related matter!
She cant use her brain to put things in a sentence, she needs clarification on the same thing over 3-4 times, she LIES about her age, not that its a big deal or anything,(she's 32 and she said she is 24)and worst of all, for the mths she has been working in the company, I dont thing anything has been stored in the useless brains or hers.
Well, again, I said, I've tried to help, but I really wish I could totally ignore her... no words can really replace of what I felt towards this "person". All I can say, her brain is an empty tin can.
