Hi sincere,
I like the Beatles too. They had some really good songs.
"Something"
"8 Days a Week"
"Help"
"Yesterday"
"Let it Be"
There are many more that I can't think of right at the moment! Good group!

My list of favorite Beatles songs is enormous!
Everything from "She loves you" to "A Hard day's night","You've got to hide your love away","Tomorrow never knows",
"Penny Lane","Revolution","You never give me your money" and on and on.
The thing is,the Beatles songs I like the most are
songs that were innovative and with this band there is no shortage of those.
One could say that "I want to hold your hand" was a completely different sound for a pop song in 1963.
Definitly ground breaking in a way that say "Please Mr Postman" wasn't.
This was true throughout the bands career. They
were always able to eek out that little bit of innovation along the way, from the guitar feedback in
"I feel fine",to the Indian sitar flavoured "Norwegian Wood" to the prolonged chant ending of "Hey Jude".They always offered something different
along with the great songwriting.
Thats why the Beatles stand out from all others.

And I Love Her is also a top favorite of mine in their catalog. I have no one top favorite but many depending on mood and circumstance. And I Love Her has to be one of the most beautiful songs though, it is lyrically elegant and musically stunning. There is a darkness to the beat, a haunting to the words, a somberness to the melody that evoke such tenderness and doesn't grand stand to profess love but states it soberly. The song is almost a sad song because of its tone and heart-felt vulnerabilty, as if the most desperate heartache is just a whisper away if she were to ever leave.
Another like And I Love Her is While My Guitar Gently Weeps. Although the subject matter is different, the observation of the tensions between the group members, it is poigniant and beautifully arranged and all the charateristics stated above apply to this song.

I become aware of the beatles only when the Bee Gees did the remake of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band. I may have heard of their music before but didn't know its theirs. I love practically all their songs but two of them standout for me, "Yesterday" and "Today".
