i thought i would drop in and let you know what's going on in my world

It got turned alittle topsy turvy a little over a month ago when we discovered my dad had alot of cancerous tumors in his bladder. He had surgery and they removed as many as they could. He was suppose to start keme last month but it was delayed due to some spots in his lungs. He had surgery on his lung last week and it is the same cancer that is in his bladder. Now he will start his kemo in May.
I have been staying at my parents through all of this, only escaping a day or so to come home and see Justin, who has been working so much that I am not sure if he knows whether he's coming or going.
If anyone has some helpful advice to keep me from going further insane that would be great.

I was about to tell you off for keeping such a low profile but considering what is going on with your dad I will let you off! When my Grandad was 71 he was diagnosed with bladder cancer and told it was incurable , we thought we had lost him but we had him healthy and happy til he was almost 81 and it was his heart that gave out in the end! I do remember how much it rocked my world when he was diagnosed and how lost and alone I felt! Please know that you are in my prayers and I am thinking of you. Pass my love to Justin too and tell him I miss him, give each other a hug from me and pass along my good wishes and prayers to your dad! Love and Hugs xxx
