Why does husbands do the things which we hate, with more enthusiasm. if we get irritated with a particular thing or word, they'll wantedly do or say the same. what pleasure do they get by irritating us.

Well, my husband just does that to tease me and I don't get angry but I will laugh and we will both end up laughing then we just hug each other. Though at times I feel like getting angry but it just cannot come cos when I see his face I just laugh it off.......

Well,I understand that you ar egiving vent to yiur feeelings and letting off steam at this momnet , but let me tell you one thing. If it is just a loving way of teasing then smile and go your way. On the other hand, if he deliberately wishes to rile you and says something that you hate , then the best mode of action would be to ignore that particular hatred and not be too intense about it.The fact that you are irritatd is the cause for enthusiasm and if you stop getting irritated then the charm would vanish and he would stop doing it.
