I have one experience, when I was sleep, and I keep my mobile phone under the pillow, my mobile phone's casing was broken. so it's very dangerous, expecially fo your mobile phone... :) ...

I think it's more dangerous to have your sleep interrupted by the phone. Is it off? Do you have it there to make emergency calls or because you are afraid of missing a call? You need uninterrupted sleep, take the phone out from under your pillow and pay attention to what your body needs. Research done on people who can't separate themselves from their cell phones shows unhealthy, depressed people because of the habit of never being away from the phones.

I don't know how dangerous it is, I haven't read the studies first hand, but I definitely don't do it. I've started using my phone on speaker more often now, because it seems very plausible that the waves emitted by a cell phone could do damage (even though I haven't read the scientific explanations as to why.)

I hadn't thought about that - I do hope not. I rarely sleep with it under my pilllow but my best friend has done all her life. I only ever do it personally when I set it's a alarm and really need to be up on time! Aren't radiation waves only supposed to effect you (from your phone) when you make calls on them... that's what I though anyway

im not sure if it is dangerous. But i think keeping your mobile phone under your pillow while you sleep isn't a primary need, so take a rest and don't be interrupted while sleeping with messages or calls. If you really need a mobile with you put him next to you, on a table or something like that.
