Smoking - Smoking cigarette
I think it should be banned eventually, obviously it would be unfair to ban it outright immediately, and would need some working up to. Some people think it's unfair to take away a person's freedom of choice like that, but what about the freedom of choice of those people around them that don't smoke but end up with lung cancer from breathing in second hand smoke? Fair enough to kill yourself with it, but not fair to kill others.

I think smoking should be banned in restaurants and malls. However I don't think it should be banned completely. That's taking away they're freedom to smoke. If someone wants to smoke, it is their choice.

No way! I live in the good ole US and it's supposed to be a free country. If we let them ban cigs, then what's next? Them telling us what type of TP we can use?

Completely? No.That would be limiting people's freedom of choice and wrong.I would no more tell someone they couldn't smoke than tell then not to eat or breathe. The choices you make in life should be yours, good or bad. That's why I agree with it being banned in enclosed public places. It's not right to impose your will and bad habit on another person.Which is something else I'd never do.
