in my own perception, your self is the important person in this world cause by your existanca in this world, you make many actions and able to infulence environtment around you without your realizing. your behaviour and manner that you have, will make others react to that

Self may not be important person as I believe. Important person of this world is the President of United States of America no question of name - who will occupy this Chair is important person because President of USA control the whole world like poverty, peach, war and chaoas etc.

It is my mother. I love my mother so much. I don't know what will happen to us if my mother wouldn't be around.

my parents, family, brother, close friends, and of course my fiance . They all mean so much to me . There are so many people who will change you or help you and always leave a mark on your heart . Sometimes they stay and sometimes they go .

I find your question to be very thought-provoking, as2006, and I had a most difficult time coming up with an answer. I couldn't put a name to that person, but I can say that they would have to have the proper qualities such as leadership, charisma, and be a high achiever. All of these qualities add up to power.

The most important person or persons in the world for me are the people who have influenced my way of thinking, who were responsible for bringing me up to this world, who shaped my values, who showed me the right things from wrong, who gave me the freedom to make the right judgment and taught me how to be responsible when I made the wrong one, who stayed by my side when I made mistake and were ready to give me a hand when I needed one, who taught me fear of God and loved me for who and what I am... my parents. I missed them.

for me it would be my parents because without them, i won't be living in this world then next would be my bf

At this point in time, I am the most important person to me. If i don't feed and clothe my body and care for it, who will. I must take are of myself first and then I can attend to all the other issues around me. I'm single, so I an afford to.

Your honest question has tickled my brain cells and I can only suggest a method of working out the importance of a person. The importance of a person may be measured by the way others look at that person, and whether they also judge him/her to be important. More the number of people votes in favor of a person, more will be he/she important. I can not recollect whether any such worldwide survey/poll has ever been conducted till date, but if not, I think it should be initiated to figure out who is the most important person. Me too is eagerly waiting for an answer from someone else.

I would think it is a personal issue, who means the most to the individual, there is no ONE most important person in the world though for some reason people feel that their is or could be. That skill or degree of intelligence changes things. But to me I see people and life as a richly woven tapestry so that each of us is a thread, while maybe the golden thread stands out brightest, that doesn't make it less or more important than the other threads, after all the other colors create the balance the darker threads show how bright the yellow is, the darker threads can be soothing calming, pull one thread from the tapestry and you change the entire thing. So there is no one most important person but that each of use has value. A brillant mind may be able to invent something that can heal, but if say the cook didn't keep the scientist feed, he wouldn't be able to invent anything he would be distracted by his hunger. So that neither is more important than the other. When a person is not feeling well, they may feel a healer is the most important person in the world, when a person is cold the person who provides heat is the most important person in the world, when a person is hungry then the cook or farmer is the most important person in the world. To a mother her child is the most important person in the world, to someone newly in love their partner is the most important person in the world. So we are all the most important person in the world.

I really dont know, but to me it is my parents whose very important to me. They were gone. But should I say Jesus is the most important person in the universe. No more no less.

For, me my sisters, closest friends, boyfriend and parents are the most important people in the world!
