We are now Full Time RVers but have only just begun our adventure. We have been traveling for about 6 months. Although we travel to a place and stay set up for 2 or 3 months at a time. Currently we are planning to stay in our location for up to a year. By then we will have good savings and a better rig. What I want to know is where is your favorite place in the USA and why? Sell me on travel locations.

Someone in my locality owns an American RV and it is huge so I think that it must be wonderful to be able live in one of these and be able to move again every two to three months. I like the idea of a nomadic sort of like traveling and having a great adventure. I have been to the USA three times and like the Californian coast. Santa Barbara and Santa Cruz are lovely locations. Out of places that I haven't yet been I imagine that Carolina up to Cape Cod have some very picturesque locations.

We love the freedom and the closeness to the family. California is one of those places we want to visit. We are originally from Maine so I have seen the New England area and though it is beautful I am in no hurry to get back there just yet. I might go up and spend a summer in Massachusettes with a friend in a couple years but for now I am enjoying those places we have never seen.
Thanks for your response.

I pulled an RV for 10 years and finally settled for the best RV park in Texas. Alamo Palms RV Park, in Alamo Tx is one of the best places to winter that I've ever found. It has a 2 Halls a swimming pool, a Poole hall, and State of the Art exercise room. So many things to do each day, you have to pick and choose. Come to South Texas next fall and check it out for yourself!
