With all the negative stories that have surfaced about Roger Clemens. Has your opinion changed on the all-star pitcher? I remember when Roger got his 300th win and he dedicated it to his mother, it seemed like the entire country was with him. Now, his image has forever been tarnished.

I was never a Roger Clemens fan. He just seems like a macho man who believes he is untouchable, when obviously he is not. He friends, who are proven to be of respectable character, tell a different story than Clemens, Clemens is the only one on his side. He is a liar, an adulterer, and a man who was courting a 15 year old girl. Disgusting.

Dating a 15 year old girl when he was in his 20's is not only criminal, but as you said disgusting. He has to live with himself and his sins, but when he involves a child that's a different issue.

Yes his reputation will never be the same... unless he comes forward with the truth. The united states is a very forgiving country, if he would just tell the truth i think he could help restore his image. as the lies get deeper and deeper, the more and more unlikely it is he will even get into the hall of fame.

No it hasn't changed one bit. I still hate him. He is still the fat a**ed son Of a b*tch that hit Mike Piazza not once but twice. and he tried to hit him with the bat. Now that it is alleged that he was taking steroids then it all make sense. he was suffering from roid rage but it doesn't change the facts. I must confess that I am enjoying seeing all his secrets coming out. They say living well is the best revenge and this is a great example. The Red Sox won the series twice and now Clemens is falling apart. This is great.

Roger Clemens has always seemed like a jerk to me. I don't know him personally of course, so like most people I am limited to what we see on tv and read in magazines and papers. He gets called "competitive" by the sports casters, but what I see on the field is a hot head with a bad temper. That's what I have noticed about him since he was pitching in college. So, no, my opinion hasn't really changed.

I haven't seen all the evidence to state one way or the other. I remember that Congressional hearing and to me the only thing I got out of it was that it became a platform for Republicans to battle Democrats. I want to wait until the trial appears and then go from there. I'm just right now stunned by all of this.
