Paying bills!

Ok so I get the disconnect and it states pay by this date to avoid disconnection. So I pay by date and guess what!? THEY DISCONNECTED! I am so mad right now. I call the number and get the answer service. I tell them there was a mistake that they disconnected after I paid the bill. They tell me i have to wait till the morning. WHAT! I have to wait till the morning for them to fix the mistake they made! Don't you just hate it when someone else makes the mistake and you have to pay for it? UGH! just want to scream!

i know. i hate it too when bill collectors make the mistake, and than they try to blame it on me. I would just wait it out until the morning,
and call them back tomorrow morning when they open the doors and
explain it to them again. and than if they try to give you anymore hassle,
i would throw a lawsuit in their face. never can be too sure about these crazy freaks.

Oh Wow!! This is unreal. I hope they made up for their mistake. Personally, if it was me, I would be Mad as well, and when they do turn me back on if it was me, I would demand somehow they make up for this, and Credit my bill or something accordingly. It definately does sound like they were not keeping up with updating their records. But I am sure at the same time also, this was a lesson learned, and hopefully will not happen to you and others again.
