did you eat yor breakfast today

they say breakfast is the most important meal of te day. i think the reason for this is that its the meal that gets our metabolism moving for the day. if we skip breakfast we slowdown our metabolism and are more likely feel lethargic for the day
i personaly dont like to eat break fast rigth away, i like to wait an hour before eating breakfast
dont you eat breakfast?
what kind of breakfast you eat?

I don't know if what I had qualifies. I had a peice of toast and some coffee. That is what I have most days. Except Sunday, when my hubby cooks eggs and pancakes or something. Some days I do skip it.
