there's always response... its like im talking to a different person when i talk to myself... so its like if i say something or ask question, my brain just answers it in a different person perspective.... its like talking to another person when i talk to myself... so me and i would have a conversation, except it seems like the other me has a different point of view or something... is it just me or everybody is like this?

You're not alone....I do it too. I think there's a difference between talking aloud to ourselves and realising it, knowing that we are talking to another part of ourselves and not a different person completely. Someone who has a mental illness like schizophrenia actually believes it's a voice of another person or entity inside their head that is talking to them. I think in our case it's different....merely subconsciously separating a part of ourselves off to converse with. Also I think most of the time we can have more sensible conversations with ourselves than with others. Are you a Gemini by any chance? I am, and I see this syndrome in me as the "twins" thing in operation, but of course the twins are the same person as opposed to twins in the true sense of the word. So long as you know you're doing it, I don't think there's anything to worry about.

I know what you mean, like it feeling as if it's another person...maybe it's another aspect of you? And don't worry lol you seem perfectly sane to me.

Friend, this is not a good sign. You may have an underlieing problem that needs looked at. It sounds like disassociative identity disorder to me. You may need to talk to someone about that.
