In which way you enjoy your happiness?

Happiness is very easy to talk but enjoy happy is hard.I am not an optimical person.I always feel life is hard and wanna make myself happy,but in vain,I can not do it.
Mylotters,what do u thinks is happiness?How do you do to make life happy?

Happiness is so many different things. Happiness is defined differently for each person really. I find happiness in my family, friends and loved ones.
