Well for depression, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle anxiety.

Sometimes I wonder that myself. Sometimes I feel like I'm a walking timebomb because I have so much going on inside my head. Other days I'm pretty ok. I think it's a matter of not letting your fears rule you. I know it's hard, but making a point to say that they aren't going to win helps. That, and finding things to do that relax you also helps.
