A friend once showed John Ruskin a costly handkerchief on which a blot of ink had been made."Nothing can be done with it now,"said the owner;"it is absolutely worthless!"Ruskin made no remark, but took the handkerchief with him. After a time he sent it back,to the great surprise of his friend, who could scarely recognize it.Ruskin had made a design in India ink using the blot as a basis and making the handkerchief more valuable than ever.
Likewise. a blotted life is not necessarily a useless life.Mistakes are made in life-but can be rectified if given the opportunity-your views on this, please.

Youre quite different from the others. A literature man. I like the way you write. There are meanings you would like to impart. I am reading it and learning it

True indeed. If one can make the best out of the mistake, the mistake is worth making. At times, given the opportunity, mistakes are not acknowledged and no lessons learnt. In such situation, mistakes made can never be rectified. The person will only be perfecting his mistakes if given another chance.

The blots in our life, once they are woven into the overall design, give it richness and character. I am sure I have many blots.

Well, some people have a vision and their imagination is amazing. What is worthless for most people can become something extraordinary with a little imagination.
