We all work in order to have enough money in order to live the life we want. For many people there is not enough money to be able to afford the kind of life that they want. What if you had enough money, what kind of work would you do? Would you work at all or just live off the fat of the land? Would having enough money free you to do the thing that you want to do best?

well, there's not enough money in this world to satisfy some of us. i mean money gets consumed way much faster than we earn them. some wealthy people stopped earning money and just enjoying their lives until they used up all their savings and lives poorly now. so learning from their experience, even if i had a lot of money, i will still continue to try and earn money through business and other investments. i love doing business, i feel happy when i close a deal in my business so it really does not feel like working for me. but i will not work for an arrogant boss ever again.

well my friend let me tell you all rich man work in this world..take any super rich from Bill Gates to Mr mittal to azim premji of wipro or Ratan Tata of tata group. No non working male is ever respected by society and how long can you travel alone. You go to ur friend they are busy working and it would be impossible for you to pass time if ur not working ..u may be super rich. and u know there was a study which compared what ppl did after retirement and it was proved those who worked after retirement lived more than 10 yrs longer than those who didnt.

Hello underdogtoo. If I had enough money to live on without worrying the rest of my life, I would still work on, but I would work in a different way by investing my money on more real estates as it is a good business in my country. The prices for houses have been rising all the time, though a little bit downward, yet it is still considered to be a good business in real estate. I wish to have enough cash for that. Thank you and take care.

Work is very important even when one does not have to work for their living. There's a lot of work to be done in order to help others. Cheers!!

yes, I'd still work but probably not the crazy hours that I do at the moment. I'd maybe switch to part-time work so I would have more time to do other things. I do love my job though and so I am pretty sure that I would not give it up entirely. Besides, it gets me out and interacting with people and that is a good thing.

Land is great. I love the land. I would make the land bloom and become fruitful if I had the chance to do it. Maybe I will, in this lifetime. Cheers!!

It is true that there is never enough money. A man wanting $100 will do anything to get it and when he has it he will want $200 and so on and so forth. A millionaire will want multiples of millions and will never be satisfied. I guess human nature is never satisfied.

i will still work even if i have enough money to last a lifetime, i can;t imagine myself just sitting all day and watching my belly becomes fat. i was born active and workaholic and i don't think it will change, if i can have enough money i will probably invest it to different types of business and manage them.

It has been said that work defines a man and a man is proud of his handiwork. I too believe that work is important and becoming fat and lazy is not exactly the way I picture myself to be.

This is the dream of many people, myself included and sadly, this dream is never fulfilled for many people. We all have to work our hands to the bone to keep our standard of living. As they say, "a cowboy's work is never done".

That would be a wonderful idea, take a vacation perhaps; it might also allow you the chance to pursue some pet projects that you could have been thinking of doing but never had the chance, just a thought.
