I have always suffered with severe headaches. I have tried loads of alternative remedies and none of them have worked. My advice to you is to continue with the medication. Just alternate between paracetamol, ibuprofen and any others that you find work. By alternating the tablets you reduce the risk of becoming addicted and making yourself immune to them. Perhaps seeing a doctor would be a good idea to make sure there is no underlying cause for them.

The only home remedy that I can think if is to try to use a heat pad on your head or rub your temples or wherever it may hurt. I also try to sleep my headaches off. that works sometimes but not all of the time. I hate taking pills also and avoid it when I can.

Perhaps u can try some meditation or some accupressure points. That might work.

I suggest Jesus Christ to you. Have you tried Jesus? Just say after me, Jesus come into my life, i am a sinner, i have gone astray, i have sinned against you, please forgive me, i will serve you, Jesus heal my headache, make me to feel better now becuase you said in your word that by your stripes we are healed, thanks for healing me, in Jesus name i pray. He has done it, headache has no portion in your life. mad huraks, you are healed and it shall be permanent.
Worship God, trust him and sickness will have no portion in your life again.
remain blessed.

Are you nauseated too? Try a cup of fresh ginger tea made with a couple of slices of fresh ginger or take 2 to 4 grams of ginger in capsule form. Many herbalists recommend this for migraine headaches.
Try pressing around the base of your thumb, especially in the web between the thumb and index finger. Use a light pressure at first then massage a little harder.
If you have any essential oils of peppermint or lavender just a sniff of one or both sometimes helps.

If the headache persists, see a doctor as it could be something very serious.
