which dvd rw do u think is the best?

i wanna buy a new dvd rw and i want it write all kinds of discs something like those multi things they call may be lg or samsung or other brands!

So far I've found Samsung & Lite-on burners quite reliable. I guess at the end of the day it's personal brand preference. Maybe it's a good idea to avoid Sony but I haven't used that brand in years already...

In our area, we shy away from branded burners to minimize media incompatibilities.

try googling around for something that can handle dual layer dvds and has a high read/write speed.. and maybe even one with lightscribe. Lightscribe is COOL!
