How to Make friends

Iam a shiny boy ,when i talk to some people ,i will get my face red .some people always play joke with me ,I am very angery and want to teach him a lesson ,I know ,people have no bad thinking ,i will forgive him ,but i find i real have a problem to make a dear friend with some people ,can someone tell me how to make a friend?because i am a shiny man ,can some people like me ?please tell me anyone else.

I've got the same problem as you. I get red in the face real easy and I have a real hard time talking to people and making new friends.
but on the internet i'm not so shy and it's easier to meet people sometimes.
I hope someone can give you some good advice to help you. Maybe it'll help me too!
