Guillermo Vargas otherwise known as Habacuc paid some children to capture a dog from the street. Once he got this dog at his gallery in Managwa, he tied the poor dog to a very short rope in one of the gallery rooms. For several days the animal had no food or water. He did this as an act of art while he had customers come by and watch the process of how long before a dog can die without eating or drinking. The exhibitors didn't seem to mind this.
There are videos on youtube and emails surfacing around, also it's been going on facebook as well!
I am discusted by this so called artist being able to get away with animal cruelty by calling it art!
They have a petition now to stop this stupid artist. I have signed it and I suggest you do the same because no animals deserve to be starved to death. It's bad enough our poor creatures are tested on certain products. What's his next project going to be? Babies, or children? Who knows!
Please go to the petition link I"m supplying and sign the petition to stop this stupid artist from killing more animals.

Thank you

Ohhhh what is wrong with this people abusing a dog in the name of art. What`s next?. How is it that those people who came to watch such things and just walk away. Well maybe that artist should get himself tied and starved in the name of art as well.
