I'm not sure what kind of number that is, but it is 4 digits to long to be a normal phone number from the states.

That looks like a number from a Chikka account. Chikka is a pc software which enables me to text all my friends in the Phil from the US. If they reply, it would go back to my chikka account. It is for free. It only works though usually with Globe cell numbers. Check it at www.chikka.com. If not a Chikka account, then she must be using a phonecard to call you. Usually if using a phonecard, the number would be generic, something like that. Goodluck.

Try calling your cell phone company as they may be able to do a trace on the phone. They will not be able to tell you who it is, but they my be able to tell you what country and or city it is from. That is the think about cell phones. On top of that with the new services around it may not even be a real number. I know with some voip services it can send different information then the number then what is calling you. For example: say your phone number is +16729224545 it would show on the phone you are calling what ever information you program it to show, it this example you program it to show on the person's phone you are calling +1785896478689 and as you see that it has extra numbers.
