moving on a budget

Today it is hard enough to fill the gas tank to go to work, but I am hoping that maybe there are some great ideas that could help me regarding moving on a budget? I am looking of ideas to relocate from florida to Arizona on a shoe string budget with a full housefull. What are the better moving companies? Is using a uhaul more reasonable? Are there any companies out there that help low income families needing to move due to health related issues? Yard sales are great if you have the space and the yard? But if you live in a pt and storage does not allow it any ideas? How can I save money and costs involving the move? Any helpful ideas would be great?
