How do you throw Someone off when they have a serious crush on You?

I'm not kidding, there is this gentlman that, come in the store and I will greet him with good morning or good afternoon and ask him how he is doing. Now he will greet me back with having a seat and look in my eyes for the longest. It started very innocent but, now he is really doing for more. I feel very uncomfortable about, him doing that but, I try to be as normal and try not to have to much eye contact but, he is getting so conversational with me like, he wants me to ask him, why are you looking at me like, that or something. I know I'm not thinking this in my head but, I really need some answers, on how to deal with this person, in a very nice way. On how to tell him if, he is interested in me. I'm not interested in you so stop looking at me with those full eyes. Looks can be deceiving but, the one he give me is a sell out. I'm right about this!!!
