Do you like cheese fondue? How do you make it usually?

I am from China and used to be a waiter in a restaurant which mainly serve western food. Once I saw a chef from France made cheese fondue. I found it very nice and good smell. However, I never try it. If you like it, and make it. Would you mind sharing your knowleged with me? Thank you!
