I guess, Indians peoples have both that!!!
I have known several Indians work in our country, and they're very helpful.
But I am very apology to tell you this; they have to improve their English when talking. Their writings was very good but when they talk, it is a bit hard to understand...

i think if we work hard automatically the brain will work to its peek level.. so we should work hard first..
