Chinese is a very attractive language to learn because about 1 billion people speak Mandarin alone, not including the other Sinitic languages, the language is spoken by the Chinese people, who have one of the most rich cultural traditions in the world, and, as mentioned previously, because of China's economic power in the world now.

Being the most spoken language today, if Spanish was the international language in the past century, and English in the present century, Chinese maybe in the next century.
