I was shopping at a local Walmart a couple weeks ago and walked by the pharmacy and it reminded me to buy some more tylenol because I ran out a couple days prior. I'm the type that has to have some headache pain relief in my cupboards. I get migraines and headaches frequently. I noticed Walmart was promoting the latest Tylenol on their shelves. It's Extra Strength Tylenol Ultra Releif. At the time I bought them, I had a migraine and when I got back to my vehical I took my bottle of water and swallowed two tablets of the Tylenol and within twenty minutes my migraine was gone! I was seriously suprised! Not only did my migraine go away, but so did the nausiousness that usually trails behind it after it's gone. I recommend this kind of tylenol to sufferers from migraine and bad headaches!

Hey, thanks for the recommendation. I too suffer from headaches and migraines and have my whole life. I didn't have medical insurance for a few years so I wasn't able to go to the doctors for medicine. Just recently I went to the doc, now having insurance, but it was a new girl and she was very stand-offish and didn't want to help me. The best I got was a referral to a neurologist, but that's going to be a long wait and she wouldn't prescribe me anything to help the pain in the meantime. Usually over the counter stuff isn't good enough. But I will pick up a bottle of the Tylenol and give it a shot. Can't hurt! Although I'm skeptical that it can cure a migraine-headache, I hope hope hope it's as effective as you say!

Hey Nixxi...I didn't know that you suffered from Migraines! I have them too. I never had Migraines untill I married my 6' 2" pain in the A$$! No...I'm only teasing ( that was rotten I know ) I never HAd Migraines untill I had my Epidural with My Son. Sometimes I think my Migraines are worse than my Husband's ( he has a Chronic Migraine Condition ) In fact my head is pounding at this very moment , But I don't think I've Hit Migraine-Status ( yet ) I'm thinking a couple more Coca-Colas should turn this thing around ( hopefully )

Hi agfarm! @ your 6'2 pain in the A$$! That's pretty funny! Yes I've been diagnosed with migraines quite a few years ago. Have you ever heard of icepick headaches? Well it is indeed as painful as it sounds. At one point I thought I was having an anurism or had a tumor and I even got one hospital to give me a C.A.T scan. They didn't find any tumors of hemmorhages or anything serious but they did hook me up to an I.V and gave me some migraine relief. Wow was I drained out after that.. so tired. Shortly after that the doctor came in and told me about these so called icepick headaches. After having a headache for a whole week where I couldn't stand the light, I was severly sensitive to that and noise. As for these new tylenols that are made for tough headache and migraine pain relief, you should really try them. See if they work for you because they sure did work for me Good luck with your headache, I know how hard it can be Thanks for your comment

re your coca cola comment..can anyone explain to me why some people get rid of headaches and migraines by drinking coffee, or in your case coca-cola? why does caffeine reduce the pain? for me, things with caffeine in them CAUSE the pain ;) i know if i eat dark chocolate i will probably get a headache eventually, or worse, a migraine.

only 20 mins ? You are so lucky. although I agree that those pills are the best I've found so far for my migraines, unfortunately for me they take longer than 20 mins to kick in.

I had to take two yesterday and again it only took 20 minutes to releive me from the headache. I'm so very happy with these pills and when I run out I'm going to buy more of them and I'm sticking to them. Thanks for your comment
