I'd read this story online way back, and a recent discussion on cats spending time with their owners in "the smallest room" made me go look for the article!

what do you think?

Hi there...both my cats have been toilet trained now for 3 years. One of them flushes after using it. I used a similar method that karawynn.net used. I'm in the process of training our newly adopted third cat using the Litter Kwitter system. So far so good! Http://www.litterkwitter.com
Here's a photo of one my cats when they were learning toilet training 3 years ago: http://wamedes.com/~yaoza/MISC/20Aug2005Rpoopy.jpg

It's so funny! The idea of a cat using a toilet like people! I wish I could get mine to do it, but they're 2 years old and used to using the litter tray. I don't know if it's too late to train them to use the toilet now. You might need to do it from kitten age?

The only cat I remember being toliet trained is the one Jinx the cat in the movie Meet The Parents. I don't know if I would want my cat going to the bathroom using the toliet we use or not.
