mariah has evolved... some doesnt like the type of music she sings now. her music is not like before anymore (i liked her style "old" style more)..
do you like mariah before, or you like her better now? what are your favorite songs from mariah...?

I prefer the old Mariah carey as compared to now.. SHe's following too much of the trend right now and dun really sing as well as she used to in the past..
The songs i like are, We belong together, and, When u believe ^_^

I have to agree with you, I still like Mariah a lot yet her music seems to follow some new styles more of a hip hop sound. My favorite songs are It's like that, My All, Don't forget About Us, Heartbreaker, So Emotional

i used to consider hip hop not real music. hehe.. but then with all the collaboration from real singers, well.. its now soo popular. anyway, I like My all too and dont forget about us. i like the Heartbreaker Video.. it was so fun..

Mariah definitely still has the hitmaker powers but I like her better before.
I like that time when she relased Butterfly and the likes. Sexy but not too much.
Nowadays she wears those clothes that are 2-3sizes smaller. Yeah, she has the body, but please keep something for guys to imagine. She bares everything....

Hi!I loike Mariah's voice and her talent. I dont think of her that much really. She still has the same set of pipes but with the different kind of tune. I do prefer the old style. This is before she discovered and went with rappers and hihoppers. I love most of her old songs but I only love her new songs that are popular. Otherwise I wouldnt known about it. I love all of the songs in one album. though Im not sure of the exact name of the album. I think it was Butterfly or something. I knwo its not Glitter, its older than Glitter. My favorite songs from Mariah is from the album taht I mentioned. ALways Be My Baby is on the top of my list. Next would be DreamLover. Another is HeartBreaker adn I like the video too with the cartoons and the 'fight' with herself. Then I forgot the rest but I do love them all.
With the newer ones the only thing that got stuck in my mind was We Belong Together. Its kinda reminiscent of the old school. Its just her, her voice and a backstory in the video. I love it when its simple like that.

Always be my baby is on TOP of my list too.. I love MC as well.. i think the album you were referring to was Butterly or it could be Rainbows that was before Glitter. the album Glitter wasnt such a hit. :( but she is back to rock the world again.. thank God! hehe
